1. During this month, post's Visas Viper Committee met as
follows:

PRESENT: A/DCM, CONS, DAO, RSO
2. Post's Visas Viper Coordinator is Consular Officer Charles
Jarrett. The committee is chaired by DCM Matthew Harrington. As of
February 1, 2010, only one name was submitted for consideration to
the Visas Viper Committee in January 2010. Biographic details of
the subject are in the following paragraph. A cable concerning
this subject was sent on January 29, 2010 (Ref A). Additional
details in reftel (Ref B and C).
3. (SBU) Subject reports activities and affiliations that may
indicate involvement with terrorists who seek to harm the interests
of the United States Government or United States Citizens:

Travel Document is misspelled)
