ACTION REQUEST - Please see paragraph 3. ¶2. We delivered reftel talking points to MFA's Chief Counselor and lead on Afghanistan issues Valdamaras Sarapinas on January 21. Sarapinas confirmed that Tomas Sikorskis, First Secretary in the MFA's International Missions and Conflict Prevention Division and Bartas Trakymas, MOD's Coordinator for Afghanistan will attend the January 25-27 PRT conference in Prague. These contacts are replacing Valdamaras Sarapinas himself and Audra Ciapiene, who previously confirmed but are no longer able to attend the discussions. Sarapinas plans to depart Vilnius for the London Conference on January 26 or 27. Sikorskis will represent the GOL at the pre-conference session with Paul Jones on January 25. ¶3. ACTION REQUESTED: We would be grateful for details regarding the time/place of the closed session on January 25 that we can share with Sikorskis. DERSE
