The Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs
has consulted with the Austrian authorities relevant for the
sanction measures applied under UN SC Res. 1267 concerning
your request of 2 February 2010 for additional information
regarding an US-intended 1267-Listing of Muthana Harith
Al-Dari. In result, I may inform the US Embassy in Vienna
that no additional information can be provided by Austrian
authorities at this stage.
