1. (SBU) U.S. Mission grants clearance for Thomas A. Wuchte,
U.S. 1540 Coordinator, to meet with USUN/POL and to assist
visitors from the George Washington University Law School in
facilitating GWU's offer of pro bono legal assistance for
1540 implementation. An additional meeting with the UN Office
of Disarmament Affairs is sought regarding lessons learned in
preparing for a recent U.S.- sponsored African outreach event
on biosecurity. These meetings will take place in New York on
January 22, 2010.
