1. Mission clearance granted for Eric Rosand, S/CT Senior
Advisor on Multilateral Engagement. Mr. Rosand, together
with USUN officials, will discuss CTC revitalization with
representatives of China, Russia and Turkey. Mr. Rosand and
USUN officials will meet with UN Department of Political
Affairs' Director of the Counter-terrorism Implementation
Task Force, Mr. Jean Paul Laborde to plan for the future
visit of S/CT Coordinator, Ambassador Daniel Benjamin.
Rosand will be in New York on January 22. UN access and
badge as well as USUN computer access will be provided.
