ref B to Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding case 863
January 14, 2010 and received the GOJ note number 498/DNS-IN in
reply.
2. The text of the GOJ note is exactly the same as the previously
used standard text, ref A, except for the specification of number
and date above.
3. Post pouched certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and
original of the GOJ DNS-IN document, to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) February 17, 2010, under registry no. 5723940.
