1. (U) This cable containes an action request, please see
para 3.
2. (SBU) Econoff, accompanied by Netherlands Embassy First
Secretary (Political) Nora Dessing, delivered the demarche
contained in reftel to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
International Nuclear Energy Cooperation Division Director
and Sous-Sherpa Tsutomu Arai January 28. He expressed
appreciation for the information and asked a few questions
related to the Agenda which had been provided by the
Netherlands. Arai highlighted the "Summit Structure" agenda
item scheduled to be discussed February 9, which he called
very important, and said MOFA would like to know more about
this topic in advance of the meeting.
3. (U) Action request: Post would welcome any information
related to the summit's structure that can be shared with the
GOJ. End action request.
