1. (SBU) Post requests the Department's assistance in screening
the following candidates to attend training March 15 to July 18,
2010, pursuant to The Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act. Post
has completed its own vetting and found no credible evidence of
gross violations of Human Rights. Both are police officers
assigned to the National Police.
2. (SBU) Names of the proposed candidates are as follows:
MEDINA RODAS, Tony Misael
POB: Tegucigalpa, Honduras
DOB: 21 DEC 1983
BARAHONA CRUZ, Geovanny
POB: Tegucigalpa, Honduras
DOB: 28 JUN 1983
