1. (SBU) Post requests the Department's assistance in
screening the following candidates to attend training March 8
to April 23, 2010, pursuant to The Leahy Act and Foreign
Assistance Act. Post has completed its own vetting and found
no credible evidence of gross violations of Human Rights.
All are police officers assigned to the Special Preventive
Services of the National Police.
