1. (SBU) Post requests the Department's assistance in
screening the following candidate to attend training in 2010,
pursuant to The Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act. Post
has completed its own vetting and found no credible evidence
of gross violations of Human Rights. Both are police
officers assigned to the Community Police.
2. (SBU) Name of the proposed candidate is as follows:

POB: El Paraiso, Honduras
DOB: 02-APR-1970
3. (U) Post regrets short-notice request for Leahy vetting.
