¶1. (SBU) Poloff delivered demarche in reftel on February 23
to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vice Minister Mireya Aguero
Corrales. Corrales was only appointed to this position four
days ago and the government of President Porfirio Lobo only
took office on January 27. Corrales said she would follow up
on the issue.
