(U) POLOFF shared reftel points with Johan Hallenborg,
Special Advisor in the International Law and Human Rights
Department at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, on
February 22. Hallenborg thanked us for the information and
said he would share the points with his colleagues in the
Security Policy Department. Hallenborg also confirmed that
the Goldstone report would be discussed by European Ministers
in Brussels on February 22. Post will report any substantive
reply septel.
