On January 27, Emboff shared reftel points regarding CITES
COP Outreach with Marie Dahlstrom, Desk Officer, Division for
Natural Resources, the Swedish Ministry of the Environment.
Dahlstrom thanked Post for providing information about the
U.S. proposals to Appendices I and II, and commented that she
would contact us after discussing these proposals with her
