1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend the International Law Enforcement Academy
located in Roswell, New Mexico from February 15 through March
12, 2010.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the
individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 01/28/2010. Post is
