(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the Senior Enlisted Academy Course at Newport, RI from 17 February to 01 April 2010. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/28/2010.
