(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) Program in Advanced Security Studies (PASS) 10-5, scheduled for March 26 - June 18, 2010 at Garmisch, Germany. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/26/2010. Post is authorized to include the following individuals in USG-funded training: (1) NAME: Igor Mihajlovic D/POB: December 9, 1975, Prizren, Kosovo GENDER: Male TITLE: Head of the Class of Military High School Students ORGANIZATION: Ministry of Defense NATIONALITY: Serbian (2) NAME: Stefan Milijanovic D/POB: June 24, 1972, Prokuplje, Serbia GENDER: Male TITLE: Homicide Department, Criminal Police Directorate, General Police Directorate ORGANIZATION: Ministry of Internal Affairs NATIONALITY: Serbian ¶3. (U) Post is permitted to provide the following statement to authorized parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individuals identified above, as of 01/26/2010.
