(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the "Program for Security, Stability, Transition, and Reconstruction", 16 Mar-2 Apr 2010, Garmisch, Germany. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/26/2010.
