SUBJECT: USUN MISSION CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR S/WCI
AMBASSADOR-AT-LARGE STEPHEN RAPP AND FSO TODD ANDERSON


1. (SBU) Mission clearance is requested for
Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues Stephen Rapp and
Foreign Service Officer Todd Anderson from February 1-5. The
purpose is to hold meetings with United Nations Security
Council Delegations and to partpicpate in the Residual
Mechanism Expert Group Meetings hosted by the Permanment
Mission of Canada to the United Nations.


2. (SBU) SWCI requests assistance with obtaining advance UN
photo badges and scheduling meetings. No other Mission
assistance is requested at this time.


3. (SBU) Department appreciates Post,s assistance.
