¶1. Mission clearance is requested for Maritime
Administration Assistant Administrator James Caponiti.
Caponiti plans to attend the fifth plenary meeting of the
Contact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia on January
¶28.
¶2. Caponiti plans to arrive in New York on January 27 and
depart on January 28th.
