1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidate
nominated to attend the TRANSATLANTIC CIVIL SECURITY PROGRAM
HELD FROM FEBRUARY 2-24, 2010 AT THE MARSHALL CENTER IN
GARMISCH-PARTERKIRCHEN, GERMANY.


2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 01/20/2010. Post is
authorized to include the following individual in
USG-funded training:
