RELIEF AND REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF
THE EARTHQUAKES' DEVASTATING EFFECTS"
1. The Department authorizes USDEL to co-sponsor and join
consensus on the resolution "Earthquake in Haiti:
humanitarian assistance, emergency relief and rehabilitation
as a result of the earthquakes' devastating effects" provided
the resolution text does not change significantly from the
wording contained in REFTEL to negatively affect vital U.S.
interests.
