EEB appreciates Embassy Kinshasa's relevant, thoughtful, and
well written reporting on DRC,s efforts to achieve HIPC debt
relief. Adding to the Embassy,s established track record of
useful and detailed economic and financial reporting are
reftels, which are a great help in determining steps we can
take to encourage DRC to meet the conditions for HIPC
completion point. Colleagues in Treasury,s International
