Mission clearance is requested for the U.S. delegation to the Countact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia Plenary. This meeting will take place on January 28th in NY at the United Nations. Dreele and Tollefson plan to attend the fifth plenary meeting of the Contact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia on January 28. Rev. Dreele does not hold a clearance. Tollefson holds a TS clearance. ¶5. Rev. Dreele plans to arrive in New York on January 27 and depart on January 28th. Tollefson plans to arrive in New York on January 26 and depart on January 29. ¶6.
