1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend the IMET Warrior Leader Course scheduled
for March 1-19, 2010 at the 7th Army NCO Academy in
Grafenwoehr, Germany.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the
individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 01/19/2010. Post is
authorized to include the following individuals in
USG-funded training:
(1) NAME: Sasa Mudrinic
D/POB: 02/17/1971, Donaueschingen, Germany
GENDER: Male
TITLE: Sergeant, First Brigade, General Staff
ORGANIZATION: Serbian Armed Forces
NATIONALITY: Serbian
(2) NAME: Vladan Jevtic
D/POB: 06/13/1979, Uzice, Serbia
GENDER: Male
TITLE: Sergeant, Military Police
ORGANIZATION: Serbian Armed Forces

identified above, as of 01/19/2010. Post may cite this
cable in response.
4. (SBU) Note that if Post subsequently becomes aware of
possible human rights violations by the individuals
listed above, Post should inform the Department and not
proceed with training. Post should refer to the Leahy
Vetting guidance manual for additional assistance.
