(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the United States Coast Guard (USCG) radar and maintenance facilities in Boston, MA, for training purposes from January 30-February 6, 2010. ¶2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/19/2010.
