(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the SURVEILLANCE TECHNIQUES AND STREET SURVIVAL COURSE (PART I) in TIRANA, ALBANIA from 1/11/2010 to 1/22/2010. ¶2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 01/11/2010.
