(U) Department requests mission clearance for S/CT Ambassador Benjamin and S/CT Senior Advisor on Multilateral Engagement Eric Rosand for March 1, 2010. Amb Benjamin will give a talk at the International Peace Institute ("International Counterterrorism Policy in the Obama Administration: A Strategy for the Future.") At the UN he plans to meet with USYG Lynn Pascoe and, time permitting, with CTED Director Mike Smith. Appointments have also been scheduled with Amb Wolff and Brooke Anderson.
