(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the A"Partnership Development Plan Training" exercise, 01 March-02 April and "Joint Combined Exercise Training", 01 June-21 June 2010, Romania. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 02/19/2010.
