possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human
rights by the individual listed.

2. (SBU) Post is therefore authorized to provide the following statement to unified command: "Embassy verifies that, as of February 22, 2010, the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individuals or units listed. If at any time Embassy becomes aware of any information regarding incidents that could be deemed to be credible information of gross violation of human rights by any personnel involved in this training, Embassy should so inform the Department.
