1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates
nominated to attend the Security Studies Language Program
(SSLP) followed by the Program on Advanced Security Studies
(PASS) at Marshall Center from 23 February until 18 Jun 2010.


2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the
individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 02/18/2010. Post is
authorized to include the following individuals in
USG-funded training:
