1. (U) This cable responds to the action request in
reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidate
nominated to attend the SECURITY STUDIES LANGUAGE PROGRAM
(SSLP) AND THE PROGRAM IN ADVANCED SECURITY STUDIES (PASS
10-5) HELD FROM FEBRUARY 23 - JUNE 18, 2010 AT THE MARSHALL
CENTER IN GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, GERMANY.THE PROGRAM
INCLUDES A FIELD STUDY TRIP TO WASHINGTON DC, USA.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of 02/17/2010. Post is
authorized to include the following individual in
USG-funded training:
