(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the TRIAL ADVOCACY TRAINING in DURRES, ALBANIA from 2/21/2010 to 2/28/2010. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 02/17/2010.
