(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the Straegic Force Planning Course scheduled for February 9 to February 11, 2010 in Sarajevo, BiH. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 02/05/2010 on the individuals named below.
