(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidate nominated to attend the SSLP-PASS 10-5 Course in Garmisch, Germany, from February 20-June 18, 2010. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 02/02/2010.
