(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend the USCG CONTAINER ISPECTION TRAINING in DURRES, ALBANIA from 2/15/2010 to 2/19/2010. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 02/02/2010.
