SECURITY SUMMIT, THIRD SHERPA MEETING

(U) Poloff delivered jointly with Dutch counterpart reftel
demarche to Chief of the United Nations Division at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Redouane Hussaini on January 28.
Hussaini asked questions concerning logistical information in
The Hague, which Dutch Poloff provided. He also inquired
whether there would be a smaller preparatory meeting in
Washington ahead of the April summit and what would be the
structure of the April summit. More specifically, he wanted
to know whether there would be speeches and/ or statements
made by the host and heads of government and state in
attendance. In response to Poloff's question about who would
represent Morocco at the Sherpa summit, he stated that
Morocco hoped to finalize its decision early the week of
February
