On January 13, King Mohammed VI of Morocco offered to send
two Moroccan Royal AIR FORCE C-130s with 20 metric tons of
medical supplies worth approximately USD 1 million to Haiti.
Since then, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation
and the Inspector General (CHOD) of the Royal Armed Forces,
General Abdelaziz Bennani, have demarched the Embassy several
times seeking information on how to coordinate arrival and
delivery of these supplies. The Government would like the
aircraft to be airborne by 18:00 GMT on January 15. Please
advise soonest.
