On January 18, Charge d'affaires Barrie Walkley presented
reftel demarche to Jean-Paul Adam, Secretary of State at the
Presidency of Seychelles. Adam was familiar with all details
regarding the demarche and the January 31 deadline. He

concert with the position adopted by the Alliance of Small
