(SBU) Per STATE 3402 (Blue Lantern level 3: Post-shipment end use check on license GC 0706-08),below is the requested information. All answers (A) are direct responses from Terry Holowach, a representative of Cargo Three Inc., in this case, the purchaser of the three aircraft. For the record, post notes that Holowach was also listed as the POC for the seller of the aircraft, Skyview Aviation Ltd. All questions (Q) were direct questions of ECONOFF to Mr. Holowach. Q) Is Cargo Three, Inc. (C3I) in continued possession of the three Canadair CL66B aircraft purchased from Skyview Aviation LTD? A) Yes, Cargo Three, Inc. confirms both the purchase and possession of three Canadair CL66B aircraft, serial numbers , 11160, 11152, 11151. Q) Are the three above mentioned aircraft being used for the purpose stated on the license application? A) No, the three aircraft are currently not in use. They are grounded in Canada. Cargo Three, Inc, still intends to bring the three aircraft to Panama for the use indicated in the license application. STEPHENSON
