1. Pursuant to the Leahy Amendment and the Foreign Assistance Act,
Post conducted human rights vetting on the following member of the
Norwegian Armed Forces, who has been selected to participate in the
5th Annual Sovereign Challenge Conference, March 8-11, 2010, in Key
West, Florida.
