1. (SBU) This is an action request for human rights
verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see paragraph 2.
2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AL SHABIBI, SALEEM MARHOON SALIM (DOB 07-24-1981; Omani passport
#02562943)
AL ABRI, MOHAMED MOOSA HAMED (DOB 04-27-1980; Omani passport
#02179198)
Of the Royal AIR FORCE of Oman who intend to travel to the United
States on or about February 1, 2010 under the International
Military Education Training Program (IMET) Program Fiscal Year
2010. Embassy Muscat has found no information of any kind that
these individuals have committed human rights violations.
