1. (SBU) This is an action request for human rights
verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see paragraph 2.
2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AL-FULAITI, YAHYA MOHAMED SAIF (DOB 5-3-1971; Omani passport
#02587120)
Of the Royal AIR FORCE of Oman who intends to travel to the United
States on or about February 2, 2010 to July 18, 2010 under the
International Military Education Training Program (IMET) Program
Fiscal Year 2010. Embassy Muscat has found no information of any
kind that this individual has committed human rights violations.
