verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see paragraph 2.
2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AI-ISAEE, KHALID SULAIMAN ALI (DOB 5-8-1973; Omani passport
#01012185)
Of the Royal AIR FORCE of Oman who intends to travel to the United
States on or about February 2, 2010 under the International
Military Education Training Program (IMET) Program Fiscal Year 2010
for Patrol Officer Communications Course in Boluxi, FL. Embassy
Muscat has found no information of any kind that this individual
has committed human rights violations.
