¶1. Embassy received the above-referenced Diplomatic Note dated
January 20, 2010 from the Mexican government relative to the
exportation of hazardous waste to the U.S. This notification was
sent to EPA/OECA for processing.

¶3. The receiving company in the U.S. and quantity is the following:
