MFA Director General of International Organizations Angel Mokara Moleila informed Poloff on 22 January that Equatorial Guinea's delegation to the AU Summit will consist of: --President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo --Minister of Foreign Affairs Pastor Micha Ondo Bile --MFA Vice Minister Eustaquio Nseng Esono --Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Esperanza Gertrudis Davies Eiso --Minister of State in Charge of Missions at the Presidency Alejandro Evuna Owono Asangono --Minister in Charge of the Civil Cabinet of the President Braulio Ncogo Abegue --Equatorial Guinea's Ambassador to Ethiopia Dr. Ruben Maye --MFA Director General of International Organizations Angel Mokara Moleila --and three unnamed presidential advisers. ¶2.
