1. Embassy Lome requests human rights certification for Major Kpanla
Kokou TCHEDIE to attend the Peacekeeping Training Center in Lome,
Togo as part of the Africa Contingency Operations Training and
Assistance Program (ACOTA). Major TCHEDIE will be the commander for
a Togolese battalion that will deploy to United Nations Mission in
the Central African Republic and Chad (MINURCAT--Birao) in March
2010.
