On January 20, Poleconoff delivered reftel points to Joao
Batista, Deputy Director of the Americas Department at the
Portuguese MFA, urging the Portuguese government and major
private sector donors to use OCHA's Financial Tracking System
to register their donations. Batista thanked us for the
notice and said he would provide the information to others
within the MFA and other ministries.
