1. MFA Director of Political Affairs Paul Chiunguzeni
confirmed to POLOFF on 21 January that Malawi's delegation
will consist of President Bingu wa Mutharika, Minister of
Foreign Affairs Etta Banda, MFA Principal Secretary Anthony
Livuza, and himself. Chiunguzeni stated that other GOM
Ministers may make the trip to Addis Ababa, but that exactly
who has not been finalized.

times, and lodging information have not yet been finalized.
