Post delivered reftel demarche the first week of February to
Ministry of Industry and Trade Principal Secretary Newby Kumwembe,
and to Department of National Parks & Wildlife Director Leonard
Sefu. To date Post has been unable to obtain any substantive
response on the U.S. species proposals for the CITES Conference of
Parties (COP 15). We will report any further response when it is
available.
