(SBU) Poloff conveyed reftel points about Syria's nuclear
program to Shazryll Zahiran, Principal Assistant Secretary in
the MFA,s Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Section, on
February 24. Shazryll welcomed the update on the U.S.
position on this issue, but did not provide any substantive
comment about Malaysian government views. Post will forward
